Mom of 2 with desk job
I started taking phen on April 22,2016 at 272lbs. I had energy and just dry mouth for side effects. Which was fine I just drank and craved water. I stayed at 13-1500 calories a day after seeing a nutritionist. I walk the dog between 3-4 miles a day. I have not gone to the gym since May. I started 37.5mg in June and August I started a pill and a half. I do toning exercises 2 or 3 times a week I found off Utube. Squats, planks, and burpees to name a couple of the exercises. I could never jog before and now I can jog a quarter mile then walk about half that and go again. I do that for an hr now on my walks. Today I am at 211lbs. I still have a bunch to go but I will tell you I exercised more intense before and never had results in this amount of time. I know it has a lot to do with the food. I was never able to control my eating. I can with this! This is by far the easiest, cheapest, and most effective thing I have done. I had gained 120lbs after 12 yrs of marriage. I just hit my weight of what I was when we got married! "after already gaining some before hand" I guess I was happy lol. Please consider this pill it has helped in so many ways not to mention I can play continuously with my kiddos just like them unlike before.
