"When I began taking Phentermine in February, I was at my all-time highest weight which was 180 lbs. I was not happy with the way I looked or felt. I finally decided that I had enough of being overweight, was going to quit feeling sorry for myself and actually do something about my weight problem. I went to my doctor and asked him to help me out and he prescribed Phentermine. I started taking it the very next day. Since starting Phentermine, in February of 2003, I have lost a total of 25 lbs, and I have never been happier. I feel so much better and I actually feel like going out and doing things instead of just staying in the house. I also joined our local wellness center and I work out 5 days a week doing 1 hour of cardio everyday and lifting weights every other day. I feel really great when my husband and daughter and friends tell me how good I look. I have also learned to have a better diet. I don't eat fried foods anymore and I've cut out all my sodas and basically just watch how much sugar I take in along with my salt intake. I eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables and drink water all day long. I have tea also, but no sugar. I have even skipped a month on the Phentermine to see if I could keep the weight off without it and I did, but I still take Phentermine as of now. It's wonderful! I'm so proud of myself for coming as far as I have and for as working as hard as I have and still do. I actually enjoy working out and my goal is to be at 130 lbs by September. I actually take pride in myself now, because I'm proud of how far I have come."

What is the deciding factor that made you decide to change your lifestyle?

I was tired of my daughter coming home crying from school because kids would tell her that I was so fat, and I knew that I was overweight and I wasn't happy with myself or my lifestyle.

What was the most difficult adjustment to your new lifestyle?
Kelly
The exercising was the biggest adjustment for me. I just didn't like to exercise. It was also hard for me to give up coke. That was hard to do. Instead of coffee I drank coke.

What is the most rewarding part of your new lifestyle?

Seeing the change in my personality and outlook on myself. I really love seeing the weight come off and toning up all my muscles.

Do you have any words of advice for the Phentermine.com community?

You can do anything you set your mind too, it may take a while but just give yourself time and allow yourself setbacks every now and then. Everthing will fall into place and you will see the end result to be a great one.
