not worth the health risk
I started last year, at 196lbs. I lost 5lbs the first week but got bad dry mouth, dizziness, constipation from the start, and NO SLEEP! I got sick of lying awake every night so I started taking sleeping pills too – not something I wanted to start. I was doing aerobics class and felt like my heart was jumping out my chest. I got a boost of energy but this freaked me out. I also felt pains in my legs and joints, I think they say you should take calcium or iron supplements and vitamins. A month later I was at 182 but I stopped taking it regular until last month. I’m at 175lbs now, and starting to get chest pains, headaches so I stopped it altogether – not worth it.
